Intake call (30 min)

Before the session, we talk through how you actually work — your tools, your clients, what falls through the cracks. I build from that, not from a template.

We write your Claude.md together, wire up the morning debrief, set the outreach guardrails, and connect it to your calendar and tasks. You're in the room while it's built.

30 days of fixes
