Do I have to be a Gather Studio web client to use a care plan?
No. If you have an existing site built on another platform and want professional oversight, we can onboard it. Reach out and we'll tell you if it's a fit.
What counts as one 'update'?
One change to your live site: swapping text, adding photos, updating hours or prices, adding a team member, changing a service description, posting a special. I bill by finished updates, not by the hour — you always know exactly what you're getting. New pages or a structural redesign are scoped separately.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts. Cancel before your next billing cycle and you won't be charged again. Your site and domain are always yours — we don't hold anything hostage.
What's the first 3 months free offer?
Every Gather Studio web build includes 3 months of the matched care plan at no charge. After that you can continue, upgrade, downgrade, or stop — your call.
What if I need more updates than my plan includes?
Extra updates are billed per update — quoted up front, never by the hour — or you can move up a tier for the month. Most businesses never use their full monthly count, and unused updates keep your site on my radar either way.
