Do I have to be a Gather Studio web client to use a care plan?
No. If you have an existing site built on another platform and want professional oversight, we can onboard it. Reach out and we'll tell you if it's a fit.
What counts as an 'update'?
Text changes, new photos, updated hours or prices, adding a team member, swapping a service description. Structural redesign or new pages are scoped separately.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts. Cancel before your next billing cycle and you won't be charged again. Your site and domain are always yours — we don't hold anything hostage.
What's the first 3 months free offer?
Every Gather Studio web build includes 3 months of the matched care plan at no charge. After that you can continue, upgrade, downgrade, or stop — your call.
What if I need more than the monthly update time?
Additional work is billed at $95/hr and quoted before we start. Most clients never hit the limit.
